Allianz has become an official partner of the International Automobile Federation (FIA) Formula E Championship, the world’s first fully-electric single-seat racing series.
German financial services company will have a strong brand presence at the international racing series’ remaining nine races, starting with the ePrix in Mexico City on 1st April. Alongside the roadside advertising the Allianz brand will be displayed on the Formula E show car, on top of the cockpit and rear wing endplates. Moreover, its logo will visible during the Roborace, the world's first driverless electric race series that takes place on Formula E city street circuits.
Allianz will also be the title sponsor of the organisation’s eVillage, a fully-immersive fan experience that is present at every Formula E event.

After three races of the 2017 season former Formula One driver Sébastien Buemi leads the drivers’ standing having won the ePrixs in Hong Kong, Marrakesh and Buenos Aires.
